Foundations Supportive Care provides community-based, independent living opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities in the Northern Virginia region. We offer supported, independent living services throughout Northern Virginia to persons receiving Virginia Medicaid Waiver support.

Our residents are encouraged to be participatory, engaged citizens in the community. Based on the persons’ interests, we will work with them to identify opportunities where they can make meaningful impacts in their community. This will look different for each unique person in our program but our goal is to assist our residents in finding ways to connect, engage, and contribute to their community.
